Salomay is a unique and very special instructor. I have been taking her ACLS and BLS for 7 or 8 years now. She has more experience with codes and ACLS then most instructors I have met because of her background as a Respiratory therapist. Her hospital and hands on experience help the content come to life . You actually feel like you are understanding and able to apply the knowledge versus memorizing the algorithms. She doesn't pack the classes so it is an intimate class room setting. Her class draws nurses and other medical professionals from different specialities. This is also an asset because everyone shares their experiences. She even takes the time to give examples and scenarios for your speciality whether it be labor and delivery, ICU, ER, telemetry, etc. so content is applicable to each attendee. I can not say enough about her classes and ...she is flexible with her times, and availability. I also can not leave out that I don't walk into her class nervous or intimidated like how ACLS used to be. I am excited to review and learn new things that I can apply and look forward to it what the day will bring. She makes sure everyone is understanding and is truly open to questions and comments. Professor Salomay has years of experience and is really helpful and knowledgeable. Her classes are set up professionally with power point presentations, mannequins, rhythm strip modules and her personality allows students to feel comfortable allowing them to learn the material without anxiety. 10/10 will continue to attend her courses as long as she continues to host them.

Salomay is great! She has tons of experience with CPR, respiratory, etc. She makes BLS CPR straight forward and sets you up for success. Will work with your schedule to arrange a class just for you! You are in, do your thing and out! Much more of a customized, private experience than other places with a big class. Highly recommend!
